• Contact information may be required to remind you of your appointment.

The privacy information we hold will be stored either on paper in a secure container, email addresses within an newsletter maker (which does not give out information to other sources), or within our secure online booking system with virus protection. No information will be stored within a cloud or dropbox system.

We reserve the right to store your information unless you request its erasure. Please note that we may still require to keep a copy for tax, legal or regulatory reasons.
