During a crystal therapy session different crystals will be placed on or around the body while you lay down and relax on a therapy table. Each crystal has its own stable and constant vibration. When we are emotionally or physically unwell or even just feeling out of sorts, there is a state of disharmony or imbalance within our body. By introducing the crystal into a person's energy field we help to retune and restore harmony and balance releasing stress, which in turn helps to maximise the body's own ability to self heal.
