Our Terms and Conditions

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

We may charge a 50% deposit for Massage, Facials, Eye Lash Extensions - and other treatments that last an hour or more. You can pay your deposit by card over the telephone when booking, or come into the salon to pay.

 

You can reschedule your treatment without penalty up to 48 hours before. 

​

We hope you can appreciate this is to cover our therapists time and a treatment space that could have been filled.

 

 

Parking

There is paid parking at Fair Park Car Park at the bottom of Magdalen Rd. Free x30 min spots are available opposite Zamora, however please be aware parking wardens are often in place. There are some 2 hour free spots located in roads around Magdalen Rd.​

We appreciate that parking around Magdalen Rd has become more tricky in the past year, so we do understand if you are late due to this and will do our best to accommodate you in this situation.

 

 

Illness

If you are unwell / contagious, please inform staff before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse

treatment should illness put staff or other clients at risk. Massage while ill with colds,

flu or stomach bugs may not be beneficial. 

Students 25 and under

With valid identification receive a 10% discount.

Health Changes

Should you have any changes in health or medication that may affect your treatment,

please inform your Therapist when booking.

Deposits

New clients may be required to pay a 50% deposit when booking  any facial or massage.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques, debit and credit cards, including American Express.

​

​

Gift Vouchers

Gift  vouchers can be purchased for any amount or for any specific treatment or product.
